Ion-Exchange System

 These two systems used ion-exchange method to adsorb heavy metal ions from the waste streams of electroplating production lines, the waste streams contained copper ions (Cu2+), nickel ions (Ni2+) and dichromate ions  (Cr2O7-) at concentration of about 10-20 ppm :

The effluent from both systems are diverted to the pH control tanks, automatic pH control units will continue monitor the pH of the treated water before discharging to the sewer.

 

We also used similar designs to recovery gold cyanide from the rinsing water streams of gold plating production lines, the results were better than our  clients' expectations.  Should you have similar problems, we can build a container size system and export to your country.
